Where do you ship to?
We ship world wide and within Australia
How long does shipping take?
Standard Post within WA
Same state: 2-4 business days
Interstate: 3-6 business days
Express within WA
Same state: 1-2+ business days
Interstate: 1-3+ business days
Please note that these shipping times are for within Australia international shipping can take longer please contact us for more information.
Please note that express post only takes in with postage it does not speed up the turn around time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped we will send you the tracking information for your order.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Contact us and you will need to pay for the shipping to get it shipped back to us. You will need to contact us before returning products as they need to be approved.
How long does it take to process my return?
Returns are processed once we receive the item. Returns will be processed within 7 days.
Can I exchange for a different item?
No, Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.

What do I do if my cup arrives broken?
Contact me first, then take your shipping information to the post office and they will refund your order for up to $100.
If you have any problems or your order is over $100 contact me and we will organise something for you.
Can I pick up?
Yes we offer pick up. Contact us via Instagram and we will organise pick up.
